The opening of a bank account could be considered as quite a simple affair. However, in Slovak banks our clients sometimes have to struggle with language barriers connected with the low knowledge of foreign languages on the side of the bank staff. In addition, also some bank procedures, including the bank account opening procedure itself, are quite time-consuming.
